Attributes - Definition & use cases

Attributes are the tags that can be created and assigned in chatbot's conversational flow to store specific user information. These tags can also be used to redirect the conversational flow as per user input. Or, display relevant products by matching them with user attribute. This makes attributes as the fundamental element of chatbot conversation and user interaction, as without them, you won't be able to save any user information.
