Stories are the basic building block of chatbot's conversational flow. Therefore, it's essential to build a separate conversational flow for different products and services. And by creating stories for different scenarios, you can organise the flow in a better way. Also, you can link stories with each other, and make it seamless for users to switch from one product to another without restarting the chat. A single Story can contain multiple conversational blocks wherein you'll need to compose the conversational flow.
